The high-end Wafios BM43 HighSpeed wire bending machine with smart technology provides maximum performance. Thanks to the feeding unit moving with Servo Motor and variable rotation lengths, designs can be made with maximum geometry freedom. Feeding, rotary straightening and movable cutting device together offer modular operation. It has chamfering feature, in twisted wires the ends are chamfered. It works at high working speed with a light bending head with low inertia. All programs are automatically optimized with high-end software with smart technology, the touch hand terminal allows user-friendly and fast programming. iQwire; Real-time simulation and collision checks are performed to determine cycle times. Automatic detection of collision-free process and positioning of table axis and optimized cycle process are provided iQinspect ; It enables the programming and transfer of target and actual geometries and correction values in a measuring system. iQbendcontrol; Measurements and bending angle controls are made with an optical camera system. A high level of control is provided.
